Urban Landscapes: New Orleans: 2003 and 2006

In this series, I explore the minor and major changes in the landscape that occur short term and long term. By returning to the same locations in 3 year intervals, I am documenting the intersection between deterioration and growth in a city that is constantly experiencing both.
